I have been coming to Chioma for about 10 years. Hairdressers with a lot of experience (the secret is finding the right one for your style), over the years I have tried several, at the moment I always get my hair cut by Justine, a very good professional. Even the younger guys are very good and professional. I also appreciate the fact that they use the Davines brand (local company).

The staff is friendly, but unfortunately I don't recommend these hairdressers for cutting. I went in asking for a layered cut and I came out with hair that was neither layered nor even as I had it before, but crooked.. shorter on one side and longer on the other.. very badly done cut, I don't think I will return

Considering how much I spent I was expecting something excellent, but instead I have a terrible cut that I can't keep in order and the color was visible after 2 days, I don't recommend it.... There is better with much less expense

I go in to straighten my hair and since I wear it short the boy gives me a cut with the clipper on the sides and a few cuts with scissors on the lengths. I get to the cash register and in front of me there is a lady who after folding and I don't know what else spends €36 but when it's my turn the girl with her head down asks me for €34. I change my face and for a moment I think it is necessary to ask for explanations: €34 without washing, without hairsprays, gels or creams, no razors; in short, anything goes but you also need to set yourself a limit! Two months ago again at Chioma for the same "cut" I spent €20 and today €34. SHAME!

I contacted chioma to ask for information, at first I received no response, on the second attempt they told me that they would give me the information I wanted the following day. It's been a week, will they ever reply? Evidently they don't need customers! Ps. The information I was asking for was very simply the price of a waxing, I would then book immediately. I don't think I asked anything secret or difficult to say. Obviously I booked elsewhere. Disappointed by this behavior that was not at all serious and polite, I will certainly never return.
